Project Grad details:
- Project Grad will be held at Dave & Buster's in the Desert Ridge Marketplace.
- The evening is FREE to all graduating seniors!
- Check in time is from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM only.
- Students must present their school ID or driver's license at Check-in
- All personal items, backpacks and purses will be checked at the door and returned to student at the close of the party or when the student leaves.
- Students should plan to wear comfortable clothing for dancing and games.
- While this is not a lock-in party, any senior must be present to win a prize (over $20,000 in prizes will be given away)! No re-admittance to the party is permitted. It is the sole discretion of the chaperons and Dave & Buster's staff regarding behavior during the party. If your child is asked to leave prior to the party's completion, around 5:00 AM, you will be contacted. For the past 7 years, Pinnacle students have exhibited exemplary behavior and we expect that to continue.
- Guests may attend Project Grad with your graduate. Your child will need to purchase a ticket for $50 in the school office from Geri DiMarzio. No guest 21 or older will be allowed to attend and no guest will be eligible to win prizes. Please make checks payable to: Parents of Pinnacle / Project Grad.
- Memory Pages are a continuing tradition of each PHS graduating class. The memory pages are on display at the party and then put in a scrapbook for the 10-year reunion. The paper for the pages can be picked up in the Counseling Office (12x12 card stock). Your job is to create a scrapbook page to commemorate your graduate (include family/friends photos, school events, extracurricular, your choice). Use one side of the page and keep the decorations within the page. Put your child's name on the page and return the completed page to the Counseling Office prior to graduation. Examples of memory pages are shown below.
We invite you to attend Boots & Heels, our main fundraiser of the year, Saturday November 14th 2009. Proceeds from this event help support Project Grad. Or if you would like to make a donation, you may do so through our POP Sponsorship program. Project Grad is a wonderful continuing tradition at PHS due to the help and financial support from our Pinnacle friends and families.
