Project Grad Night Details

BEHAVIOR POLICY

While this is not a lock-in party, any senior must be present to win a prize. Thousands of dollars in prizes will be given away! No re-admittance to the party is permitted. It is the sole discretion of the chaperones and Dave & Buster’s staff regarding behavior during the party. For the past 15+ years, Pinnacle students have exhibited exemplary behavior and we expect that to continue.

GUEST POLICY

Guests may attend Project Grad with your graduate. Guests passes can be purchased at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/grad-night-guest-pass. Guest passes will also be available at the event. Guests will enjoy all the amenities that this event offers but no guest will be eligible to win prizes. Guests will be required to show a driver's license prior to being admitted. Guests must follow all rules.

PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We need parent volunteers for Project Grad to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time at the event. We have a wide variety of positions available. Please visit https://www.parentsofpinnacle.org/projectgrad.html to find the sign-up page.

MEMORY PAGES

Memory Pages are a continuing tradition of each PHS graduating class and are put on display at the party and then put in a scrapbook for the 10-year reunion. The paper for the pages can be picked up in the Counseling Office (12x12 card stock) after spring break. Your job is to create a scrapbook page to commemorate your graduate (include your students name, photos of family/friends, school events, etc.). Use one side of the page and keep the decorations within the page. Return the completed page to the Counseling Office prior to graduation.
