★ Grad Night Volunteers Needed – Grad Night is May 21 st and requires 75+ volunteers for a variety of shifts. We are still in need of 20+ volunteers to pull the evening off. ★Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4-8. POP is providing the teachers and staff with lunch
and a snack bar on Tuesday, May 5th. Please consider bringing a sweet or salty treat to show

★ Amazon Wish List: We are soliciting donations for Pinnacle’s Grad Night prizes and PBIS

★ Treasurer Needed: Our treasurer is resigning this year after years of dedication to POP.
Nisha Shah has been such an amazing asset to the Pinnacle family and as her last son
graduates, we wish her and her family the very best. If you have any experience in a treasurer
position or know anything about bookkeeping and accounting, please let us know. Email us at pop@parentsofpinnacle.org if you are interested in learning more.
★ Final POP Meeting: Our third and final meeting for the school year is Tuesday, May 12th from 6-8pm in the Information Technology Center (ITC). Please join us to hear about the success of this year, plan for the upcoming school year, and hear from Principal Richards. We are also hoping to have our newly appointed Superintendent Dr. Courson join us!
Senior Updates
★ Grad Night occurs on Thursday, May 21st at Dave and Busters. This is a free night for all
2026 graduates to celebrate. Doors are open from 10-11pm, no admission after 11pm!!!
Please bring your PHS ID, driver’s license (for guests), socks for bowling, and comfortable
clothes and shoes. All purses, bags, and backpacks will be checked at the door. If you shouldn’t have it, don’t bring it!!!
★ Guest passes will be available at the PHS office starting Monday, May 4th. Each pass costs
$50. Please note that guests are NOT eligible to win prizes. You must be present to win so be prepared to stay all night!
★ Memory Pages – Memory pages are a continuing tradition of each PHS graduating class.
Memory pages are put on display at the party and then put in a scrapbook for the 10-year class reunion. The paper can be picked up in the Counseling Office (12x12 card stock) after spring break. Your job is to create a scrapbook page to commemorate your high school years. Put your name on the page and return it to the Counseling Office by Friday, May 15 th .
★ Yard Signs - Unfortunately, the shipment for the yard signs has been delayed. Pickup has
been pushed back to Wednesday, May 6th during the lunch hour (early release). Apologies for the delay!
★ The Parents of Pinnacle (POP) is the main Parent Organization on the PHS campus. You can compare us to the PTA/PTO’s from your elementary or middle schools. POP works behind the scenes to offer staff appreciation events, support for PBIS (student behavior incentives), senior grad night, family nights out, a scholarship program, and an online fundraiser. We strive to make each student’s experience at PHS special. As such, POP needs the support from all our Pinnacle families to be successful. Please join at www.parentsofpinnacle.org!
