About Project Grad

Project Grad is an all-night drug- and alcohol-free graduation party hosted by POP at Dave & Buster’s Desert Ridge that is 100% free for all Seniors to attend on the night of the graduation ceremony. There are free games, free snacks and sodas, and thousands of dollars in cash and prizes given away every hour! It is truly a time-honored Pioneer Senior tradition.

POP is in the final planning stage for our Dave and Busters Project Grad Celebration on Thursday, May 23rd. This takes a huge effort on all our parts to pull this final celebration for our Seniors. We need approximately 75 volunteers that evening, and we would love to see our under classmen parents volunteer.  This is a great way for underclassman parents to pay it forward and check out what Project Grad is all about. Please check out our Volunteer Sign Up Genius and volunteer with a friend.

All volunteers There is a mandatory meeting May 20th at Dave & Busters.  We are asking that volunteers arrive at 6:00pm to walk through where you will be volunteering and get instructions from your committee lead. This meeting will help grad night run smoothly and to go over any questions.

It takes approximately $60,000 to host this event for our seniors making it a fun night for everyone with 80+ prizes given away every hour! If you can help out, we have an Amazon Wish List Link with large and small prizes that we collect and purchase to keep the students wanting to stay ALL night. Or Donate Directly On the Website to help us with more prizes.

Project Grad is an extraordinary event that keeps our seniors safe after graduation. It is an all-night, chaperoned, alcohol and drug free celebration held at Dave & Buster's following the graduation ceremony. We are proud to be the only high school in the PVUSD, and one of the only public high schools in Arizona to offer this event free of charge to our seniors.
